Introduction to pickleball rules and court setup
Serving basics: form, consistency, and accuracy
Week 2:
Mastering the forehand stroke: proper grip and follow-through
Introduction to overhand strokes for volleys and attacking
Week 3:
Developing the backhand: stance, swing, and power control
Serve return: positioning and strategy
Week 4:
Understanding paddle positioning for different scenarios
Supervised play: practice applying skills in real-game situations
