When is the latest I can join?

We have limited spots. Our registrations often close one week before the league starts, but we may run out of spots earlier for leagues in high demand.

Do we always play at the same hour?

No, we play multiple games every date between the mentioned time frame. Your team’s exact slot will vary week to week within that range.

Can we have subs?

We always include substitutes for our solo player teams! If you're purchasing a team slot, you'll always be allowed to have more players on your roster than the number of players on the field. This is clearly outlined in the league description.

Can I choose my team?

Yes, you can purchase multiple slots when you register to play with one friend or a whole team. If you join as a solo player, we will place you on a team with other solo players! If you and a friend join as solo players and want to play together please inform the agent who will contact you on WhatsApp.

Where can I see the league schedule?

The schedule of the league is shared days before we start playing when we close registration and know the exact amount of teams that will be playing the league. Your team will likely play at different hours each week, but always between the communicated timeframe, if you have any special time related request, you can communicate it to our agent who will contact you before the league starts.

I paid for the league but have not heard anything about it

As long as you received the invoice on your email you are good to go. Keep an eye on the app messages, when the start of the league gets closer you will be contacted by one of our agents with further steps.

I don't see my registration on the app

That is normal, the app allows you to purchase spots for the league. The GoodRec team will contact you to confirm that your registration was successful and to share information on how the communication will be conducted.

What is the minimum age to join a GoodRec league?

You must be 18 years or older to join any GoodRec league or game.
